02 · Strategy
We resolved the two street frontages with a considered corner address, articulated the facade to satisfy the DCP, and arranged the two dwellings so each keeps private open space and solar access without overlooking neighbours.
03 · Outcome
An architect-designed dual occupancy that reads as one refined building from both streets, approvable, liveable and a credit to the corner.
